Sade Adu Graphic

What’s your favorite song by Sade? It might be hard to choose, but this graphic I created sings ‘Your Love is King’ to me. The first reference used is a photo of Sade in action holding a note. The second reference used is a photo of Sade posing artfully for the camera. Both express her in the purest form and are great compositions to me. Together, with the concept of elegance, I used the great texture from the background of one image to form a dress using alignment from the other reference. Together they create a harmonious composition with added contrasting color in the background. I would love to wear this on a shirt next time I get the privilege of seeing her perform live. How about you?
